ABOUT US

The Body Architects Physiotherapy provides clear, practical physiotherapy grounded in strong clinical expertise. We work with everything from everyday injuries to complex or long-standing problems, with particular experience in chronic pain and sports-related conditions.

Your first session includes a thorough assessment and a plan you can understand. Treatment begins straight away and typically combines hands-on techniques — including soft-tissue therapy, joint mobilisation, manipulation, and dry needling — with targeted exercise rehabilitation. With a background in Human Movement, advanced musculoskeletal training, and years working with premier-level athletes, we’re equipped to manage a wide range of musculoskeletal issues.

We take the time to listen to what you’re actually here for and make sure the treatment matches the problem. Cases are reviewed regularly to confirm progress is on track, and if a scan or specialist input is likely to clarify the diagnosis, we’ll organise that early rather than wait and see.

Our clinic includes access to a dedicated area within the gym in our building, allowing us to integrate sport and performance-based rehabilitation as part of your treatment when needed.

At The Body Architects Physiotherapy, the focus is simple: skilled, straightforward care that helps you recover properly and return to the things you need to do.
